Camping is truly a top American pastime that many Grapevine residents participate in regularly. In honor of Texas Toyota’s participation in the Tundra Summer Camp Event, we’ve created a list of the best camping spots in the city.
Vineyard’s Campgrounds
Vineyard’s Campgrounds and Cabins are some of the most popular camping sites in the Grapevine area. Featuring beautiful grounds, roomy sites for your truck or RV, clean facilities and direct access to Lake Grapevine, campers will find everything they could want at the Vineyard’s.
Meadowmere Park
Meadowmere Park Camping offers a great place for tent campers who want to get back to nature. With locations right on the lakefront and farther into the woods, you’ll find terrific wildlife, covered picnic areas and even a fire pit at Meadowmere.
Murrell Park
Head down to Murrell Park Camping in Grapevine's neighboring city of Flower Mound. Seated on the north side of Lake Grapevine, Murrell Park is a US Army Corps of Engineers park, meaning it is one of the most well-run sites in the Dallas-Ft. Worth area. Visitors will get a beautiful view of the lake's north shore, which is perfect for tent camping, boating and long walks in the surrounding woods.
To help our neighbors get into the camping spirit, Texas Toyota is partnering with Bass Pro Shop for the Tundra Summer Camp Event, which celebrates both the great outdoors and the award-winning Tundra. The Summer Camp Event is the perfect time for campers to come out and see what makes the Tundra a great addition to any camping family.
For more information about the Tundra Summer Camp Event and how you can receive over $1,000 worth of camping gear from Bass Pro, stop by Texas Toyota today. And be sure to check out our display of Tundra trucks at Bass Pro Shop in Grapevine until the end of August.
