Hand-painted chocolate truffles by Chef Jeff Glick
ChocolateFest is coming to historic downtown Grapevine! Mark your calendars for Friday, April 4 and Saturday, April 5! When this event started 10 years ago, it presented local residents with a new festival that was just as geared toward entertainment as it was toward fundraising. Now, a decade later, it's become one of the city's most highly anticipated events.
Proceeds from this year's festival will benefit Travelers Aid Dallas/Fort Worth and, as usual, guests will get to enjoy creatively presented chocolate treats of all kinds, wine samples, live music and art. There will also be culinary celebrities judging the event's extraordinary chocolate creations. Tickets will be available at the door or you can order them online here.
Friday, April 4 | 7-10 p.m.
Location: Delaney Vineyards and Winery, 200 Champagne Blvd.
On the opening night of the festival, guests are invited to sample fine chocolates and local wines. There will also be appetizers, live music, a silent auction and wine-glass souvenirs.
Saturday, April 5 | 10:30-2:30 p.m.
Location: Palace Arts Center, 300 S. Main Street
ChocolateFest continues in downtown Grapevine the following day with more live music, sales from local artisans, art displays and a variety of decadent chocolate samples.
