Texas Toyota is proud to announce the launch of our newest campaign to support our local schools. Starting this year, we will be introducing a new "Teacher's Tab" on our website, which will allow local teachers to submit requests for any supplies they may need for their classrooms.

Every year, teachers reach into their own pockets to help fulfill supply needs for their classrooms' everyday lessons and special projects. This new Teacher's Tab hopes to lessen that strain by providing these supplies to teachers, so that our students have all the supplies they need to continue to learn and grow in our community.

To kick off our new campaign, Texas Toyota will be donating supplies to educators Mike and Teri Rhodes. Before he retired, Mike was the principal of Carrol Senior High School near Grapevine. Now, he and Teri are looking to take their skills as educators to Africa with the Family Legacy Missions, Impact One Initiative, Zambia. They traveled to Africa on Dec. 30 to help lead special training courses for local teachers in Zambia.

"We have come to realize that the knowledge and skills we acquired during our careers as educators are not to be wasted, but if we share we can encourage, equip and empower educators who are trying to change futures," said Mike.
