What's New For the 2020 Toyota Sienna?

The Toyota Sienna is a minivan that was first introduced in 1997. Smaller SUVs and crossovers now seem to be all the rage, but plenty of drivers still prefer the classic minivan. The Sienna is also the only minivan on the market that has all-wheel drive. The latest model is still part of the third generation of the Sienna that began in 2011. Not a lot has changed for the 2020 model. A new Nightshade Edition is available. This package gives the Sienna a completely blacked-out exterior.

2020 Toyota Sienna Exterior RearSafety is important for a vehicle that is built to transport a lot of passengers. Fortunately, the Sienna comes equipped with some nice safety features to protect you and your loved ones. Every model features at least eight airbags. The driver and front passenger get forward and side airbags. The driver gets an additional knee airbag while the front passenger gets a seat-cushion airbag. Side curtain airbags add a level of protection for all rows.

Dynamic Radar Cruise Control allows you to maintain a steady speed, but also a steady distance from the car in front of you. A Lane-Departure Alert with Steering Assist is also standard. This gives you a warning if you veer too far out of your designated lane without using turn signals. The Steer Assist makes small adjustments to keep you safely moving straight ahead.

A Pre-Collision System gives you a heads up before a potential front crash. It also uses sensors to look out for pedestrians up ahead. Automatic High-Beams make sure that you can always see properly in low-light conditions. Toyota's Star Safety System offers traction control, anti-lock brakes and Smart Stop Technology.
